Nose

Waxy with charcoal,stewed pear,XV olive oil,baked bread,burnt stick (smoke),nuts. Complex.

Palate

Slightly lacking initially on the front, then immediately deepens. Very oily and rich. Orange zest gives much needed balancing energy .

Finish

Robust and smoky with black pepper and liquorice.
