Clean and slightly austere to start. Then brown crab meat,angelica, oiliness... Becomes more lifted with\rtime and a splash of water. Lifted and slightly rubbery smoke.

Palate

Peppery start then and oily rich palate. A lovely seamless quality to the taste:soft melon like fruits,light\rmartitime notes,gentle smoke, prickles of pepper

Finish

Sweet smoke.

Balance is the key here and the higher alcohol is not obtrusive.
