Nose

Meringues and cinnamon dusted dehydrated pineapples followed by pickled raspberries, mahogany, lavender soap and a new pair of Dr. Martens.

Palate

A mixture of peaches, raspberries and apricots in syrup with sweet liquorice creating a leathery texture. Strikingly herbal with pine trees, lightly torched rosemary and hot ginger water.

Finish

Hot ginger carries straight through to the end with a light, oily finish.
