Nose

Minerally, with hot slates, some rye spiciness, black cherry, liquorice and\rslightly tarry rope, with a pronounced Bourbon sweetness.

Palate

Sweet,very creamy, with coconut milk, a touch of parma violet, fresh ripe\rcherries, a slice of mango and vanilla.

Finish

Sweet wheatiness, a touch of rye spice and a solid foundation of malty bread.

Comment

It pulls in a number of directions, but each one is equally interesting and exciting. Terrific stuff.
