Nose

Peaty (smoked fish) but with some perfume (lemon, potpourri, dried heather) and softness (nut oil).

Palate

Rounded and sweet. Very sweet in fact: like cinnamon toast with demerara sugar, but there’s smoke as well – and it’s in balance.

Finish

Medicinal. Smoked fish again.
