Palate

A little thin on the palate, but leading into some liquorice spice, a raspberry\rtartness and a touch of citrus lemon.

Finish

Lingering citrus, alongside a clean malt and some cedary/aromatic oak notes.

Nice balance of aromas and flavours here, with some unusual aromatic notes to boot.
