Nose

Sweet and gentle with a hint of apple, fresh rock candy, boiled sweet, sacking and a little rye.

Palate

Floral frangipani notes then guava before a crunching gear shift into the world of highly perfumed rye. Weirdly, it becomes vegetal and almost cachaca like.

Finish

Tight, slightly bitter.

Less aromatically intense than last year. Will work brilliantly with Antica Formula.
