Nose

At first, cantaloupe melon and blackcurrant before vanilla sugar and some watermelon. It’s fruity and tropical and engaging.

Palate

A touch of barley sugar before a big rush of blackcurrant and blueberries, alongside some papaya and cooked strawberries.

Finish

Slightly drying as the sip wanes, with a nice peppery kick at the front of the tongue.

Comment

A well-structured and incredibly sippable single pot still — perfectly balanced and so enjoyable.
