Nose

A pick ‘n’ mix bag at the cinema full of salt water taffy, foam bananas, rum and raisin fudge and Irn Bru bars. Sweetness develops into kiwi skin, cashew nuts and dried apricots.

Palate

Fudge, fudge and more fudge – rum and raisin, banana and coconut! Subtle hints of linseed oil, freshly steamed laundry, crushed juniper berries and violin rosin.

Finish

The initial flavours fade quickly leaving a fragrant note.

Comparable to devouring an entire fudge market stall. An unusual rye.
