Classic bourbon cask profile. Perfumy like Eau de cologne. Well balanced. Nuttier with water but it takes the freshness off.

Taster

Nose: Rolled oat and honey. Damp earth, orange pulp, melted fruit and nut chocolate bar, some mango.

Palate: Quite sweet. Sits in the centre, though fizzles out in the middle with a drying sensation.

Finish: Chocolate again.

Comment: The oak tries to kick it into life, but a little lacking in energy.
