Nose

Oily and creamy, with some crème brûlée notes. There’s hazelnut, a bit of baked custard, some dried figs, and a slight crayon note.

Palate

A nutty sherried note comes through on the palate — toasted almonds then orange peel, some baked apples too, before nutmeg, cinnamon, baked flan, and brioche.

Finish

Soft and silky to finish, with excellent length.

A delicious sherried whisky with really good balance.
