Palate

Smooth. Sweet at start then drying on oak notes and spices. Again the thyme infusion with a bitter touch as if it had been infused too long.

Finish

Dry, spicy.

The nose is appealing but the sherry makes the palate a bit dour.\rWould certainly warm you up on a frosty morning.
