Nose
Light, shy. Some sweet nearly sugary notes. Barley sugar, aniseed.
Palate
Round and smooth. Mouthcoating, oily. A well balanced malty sweetness teased by a good spicy development. Gets bolder. Barley sugar again.
Finish
Medium, drying on ginger.
Comment
Lovely texture. The nose is a bit shy, the palate more expressive. Very correct but not terribly exciting.
