Nose

Rum raisin ice cream, pecan pie and butterscotch, then a hint of incense, honey roasted ham with cloves and soft fudge.

Palate

Spiced ham, Manuka honey, rum raisin fudge, then treacle tart with sea salt caramel as well.

Finish

A huge clove mouth-tingling finish.

Comment

This is quite one dimensional – rum raisin throughout. It’s nice though, but it just lacks nuance.
