Nose

Cinnamon-dusted oranges and apricots and brightness of physalis. Wander through the distillery, past the maltings and into the fermentation room, to a smell from fermentation in the washbacks.

Palate

Velvety soft and easy drinking at first, then a touch of sour beer. Milk chocolate, corn crisps and orange peel, sweet cinnamon, walnuts and hazelnuts, plus green tree sap.

Finish

Medium-length, with some physallis and more apricot coming in.

Have this as a half-and-half with a lambic, perhaps?
