Nose

Peaches in syrup with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Ripe banana and pencil shavings. A little diluting orange.

Palate

Medium-full bodied. Intense peach and pear notes, with blossom honey and orange flesh. Delicate lemon-lime boiled sweet notes and just a touch of tannin dryness to balance the fruits.

Finish

Medium. Fades out on orange flesh, with a little pith.

A very, very drinkable Highlander.
