Nose

Elegant orchard fruits. Tarte tatin, rock buns with mixed peels, and crisp green apple. A little crème pâtissière, with white grape and kiwi.

Palate

Medium bodied. Lots of fresh nectarine, tinned apricot and a little lemon curd. The rock buns are back, with the mixed peel very evident.

Finish

Medium-short. Peanut builds for a delicate finish.
