Yeasty,almost dough-like to start. Cereal,overlaid with sherry moistened fruit. Plump and scented.
Palate
Distant and quite light. Some bletted medlar then sultana. Lifted and sweet. Very soft.
Finish
Gentle, fades quickly.

Very shy almost embarassed. Don't be, Tomintoul.Shout it out!
