Nose
Brandy snap biscuits, dried ginger, a little brown sugar and some moist hay all arrive at the same time. With water, a fresh fruity cherry note pops up too.
Palate
Initially quite dry, with a vermouth aromatic note, some salty olives and a Fino/Manzanilla sherry note. Water thins the whole mixture out, giving more of a dried flower, faded potpourri element.
Finish
Quite short, with an oaky residue and a sugary vanilla sweetness with it.
Comment
Fairly lightweight, with a couple of decent Tapas-influenced twists.
