Nose

Caramel-covered apples, then some flambéed bananas, toasted coconut, and tinned pears.

Palate

White chocolate and Rice Krispies in milk, vanilla bean ice cream, and coconut cream pie.

Finish

Fairly short with a gentle sweetness across the whole palate.

Comment

This is a very delicate but comforting whisky — as if you’ve wrapped up in the winter with a warm glass of milk flavoured with Scotch.
