Nose

Firm with some unmalted barley notes. Rich tea biscuit, slightly grassy and oily. Wild herbs (tarragon) and a hard note right in the centre.

Palate

Light bodied. Chewier than the nose suggests with nutmeg and a mouth filling character.

Finish

Nutty, good, spicy.

Comment

Well made and quite delicate. Decent balance.
