Nose
An alarming colour like an angry sunset. Red fruits, rosehip syrup with crisp oak behind. Cooked fruits and dusty/cereal. Splits with water into edgy green spirit with a layer of jam on top.
Palate
Numb to begin with. Quite liquorous and sweet with a light cherry character.
Finish
Dry.
Comment
The feeling here is that the finish is being used to cover something up. It hasn't worked.
