Light and grassy, with an essence of hay and dried malt, but there’s also a rich creaminess to it in buttery caramels and toffee sauce.

Silky soft, that butteriness continues through into caramel and melting muscovado sugar. Some gentle spice builds in the middle, giving a creamy yet floral delicacy.

Finish

Butter melting in a pan, just starting to caramelise. A vase of freshly cut flowers stands nearby.
