Nose

Clean, fragrant and attractive. Marzipan and light rye notes: sourdough, fennel seed. With water the bready notes dominate. Floury (and flowery).

Palate

Slightly muted to start then lovely spicy attack. The rye flour re-emerges. Light but well balanced.

Finish

Clean with a hint of sweetness.

Good balance, with zesty rye touches.
