Nose
Dusty hay loft and uncooked dough. Pear drop and white grape. Subtle blueberry and rice flour. Kiwi and white chocolate. Coconut milk.
Palate
Medium to full bodied on the palate. There’s a surprising lack of prickle, considering the ABV. Packed full of orchard fruits – apple boiled sweets and pear lollies. Gentle tannin and sweet elderflower cordial. A subtle breadiness.
Finish
Medium, with pink lady apple and vanilla ice cream.
Comment
A very quaffable malt which I suspect would work nicely in a Piña Colada!
