Nose

Maraschino cherries, violet sweets and oak initially, then fruit cake and vanilla ice cream. Apple compote with nutmeg and then a hint of black pepper.

Palate

Huge sweetness, honey and brown sugar open up into maraschino cherries. Big oak notes and coconut, and then cherry pie with ice cream.

Finish

Maraschino cherries and black and white pepper prickle.
