Nose

Fragrant, delicate. Floral and fruity. Acacia blossom, hawthorn. Gets biscuity on time. Joined by vanilla syrup with a twist of orange. Really enticing.

Palate

Flowing like soft silk. Very refreshing. White peaches poached in a vanilla syrup. Slightly sherbety.

Finish

Dry, fading quickly.

A pleasant summer dram. The nose delivers more than the palate though. To try with a bowl of strawberries and yoghurt.
