Rich. Deep. Oak is blatant but toned down by sweet malty notes. Nutty. Nuts and raisins milk chocolate bar. Stewed prunes. Dry apricot.
Palate
Sweet and smooth. Mouth coating. Nearly syrupy. Prunes again and a\rspicy kick. Powder ginger.
Finish
Lingering, Dry, a slight astringency.

On the edge of being too woody but manages to keep a pleasant balance if you give it time, peace and quiet ! A tribute to old age?
