Masses of stewing rhubarb and fresh gooseberry tart with a slightly burnt base. This mix of freshness and a rich praline note continues with water.
Lengthy, relaxed with good concentration of sweetness, especially when neat. That needle seen on the nose is there alongside some chocolate ganache.
Clean and soft.
Good palate whisky, but keep the water on the side.
