Nose

Exceptionally fresh. Butter and lime marmalade on (wholemeal) toast. Pencil shavings. Fino sherry. Old school desks. Watermelon and cucumber. Vanilla fudge.

Palate

Fresh fruits: melon, peaches and green apples. There’s a little peppery warmth. Praline. Candied fruits and barley sugar. A little maltiness underneath, straw and green tea.

Finish

Medium length, with light oils, tangerines and kiwi fruit.

Unusual flavours, and I’d love to say they worked well. Alas…
