Nose

Kicks off with spirit and soil. This does develop over time to bring in some meaty notes and blackberry but the grain is driving force here.

Palate

Vanilla, spelt bread, salted butter and under ripe banana sit on a bed of toasted marshmallow and pine. Easy drinking.

Finish

More vanilla and earthy notes give a golden halo.

The air the day after a hippy festival leaves town. Scented and earthy.
