Nose

Massive waft of coal smoke,lemon sole with garlic,light citrus,maybe lime all pretty irresistible.

Palate

Doesn't disappoint,rich and full with sooty coal smoke at first and then a delicious burst of blackcurrant and red fruits.

Finish

Fireworks as the fruits and smoke battle it out. Wonderful.
