Tasting Notes

Nose

Plain and lightly grassy. Touch of creamy mashed potato and light apricot. Slightly vinous. Water brings out Dolly Mixture like esters, bubblegum.

Palate

Delicate and slightly minty and an acetone-like note. High toned with banana, raspberry.

Finish

Coconut.

Comment

Light, but a good aperitif. Have it with ice.
