7.6
Nose
Dry and malty with touches of hessian, malt bin and crisp oak. Some orchard fruit, cocoa, but a little musty.
Palate
Light again but fizzy giving an interest to a very soft and smooth mid-palate. White chocolate. Alcohol sticks out just a little.
Finish
Digestive biscuits, then chocolate, vanilla pod and cream all the way down the throat. It all comes together at the end.
Comment
Slightly disappointing until the finish which is worth the entry price.
