Nose

Crisp and slightly sweet with lot of biscuity/cereal malt.The green fruit of youth then emerges in time. Water\rcloses thatdown however and brings out oakiness.

Palate

Clean,with soft and sweet fruits,spice and a touch of chocolate covered limes.Very light and clean.

Finish

Clean if little short.

Comment

An aperitif. The oak suggests flavours not interacted as yet.
