Nose

Pear drop, malted grains, hair spray, icing sugar, vanilla ice cream and freshly polished oak furniture. Subtle cardboard and rice cake.

Palate

Very light. Lots of vanilla up front, then raw oats, shredded wheat cereal and malted milk drink. Rice paper and roasted red apple, verging on Tarte Tatin.

Finish

Short, with plenty of vanilla and orchard fruits.

A very grain-forward nose is supported with fruity malts on the palate.
