Nose

Dusty malting floor and a barrel of apples. Some vanilla cookies and apricot jam. Honey nut cereal and fried pork belly. Tinned grapefruit and peach segments in syrup. Victoria sponge with butter icing.

Palate

Medium-light bodied. Lots of candied lemon and orange gummy sweets. Slightly oily. Sweet liquorice tea, with honey.

Finish

Medium-short and gently drying, on those orange and lemon notes, before green apple skin asserts itself.

Comment

A fruity number that’d go well in a summery cocktail.
