Nose

Soft toffee, sweet coffee and corn mingle with herbal marc-like notes, indicating a young spirit. Good complexity with pecan and sweet orange blossom honey.

Palate

Honeyed with light corn and toffee but rather intrusive alcohol. The toffee on the middle displays a burnt quality and some herbal marc notes. Pleasantly full, not as sweet as the palate. \n

Finish

Good length with lingering corn, and honey. Lovely, peppery spice bite with returning herbal honey. \n

Comment

Young but plenty of character. The alcohol is a touch aggressive but it does balance the sweetness.
