Nose

Salty at first, but with a creamy quality, salted crunchy peanut butter. Maritime but more in the dunes that seashore. Sea pinks, samphire, driftwood. Fresh tanned leather and beeswax polish.

Palate

Wonderful apple and honey sweetness up front then that beach dune salinity grows. A gentle fruit edge, the waxiness of mango and tartness of blood orange. Pepper spice.

Finish

Short, salty, dries with hints of sweetness.

Comment

Leaves a salt edge on the lips like walking on the beach in a storm. Evocative of salt tinged air.
