Nose
Definitely has that distinctive hot acetate note straight off the nose. Cooked red apples in red wine vinegar, baked salmon and candied lemon peel begin to appear though.
Palate
Surprisingly creamy – buttered scones and banana milkshakes. Sweet fruits with Irn Bru and peaches in syrup followed by gingerbread, cloves and fennel seeds.
Finish
This grain surprises you with every sip as new flavours just keep creeping up on you.
