Nose

This takes a while to open up but once it does, there are some lovely floral notes — a meadow in spring. A gentle grassiness, alongside orange peel, honeydew, and Sprite.

Palate

Fairly delicate, there’s violet and rose, a touch of croissant, and those little eggs from a Haribo packet.

Finish

More heat as it settles on the tongue, leading to a sweet, honeyed close.
