Tasting Notes

Nose

A soft nose with gentle pear, and fresh mint. Toffee apples and hard butterscotch sweets. After time, balsamic vinegar on brown paper, pleasantly so.

Palate

Bagfuls of millionaires shortbread -biscuit, caramel and milk chocolate. Quite a zippy wood presence that reminded me of clove.

Finish

Soft, gentle and smooth.

I liked this for its delicacy, if a little shy.
