Nose

Some vanilla-dusted chocolates, then cherry and a touch of honey. There’s something a little acidic, perhaps some dried blueberries.

Palate

Soft and approachable but with excellent texture. That blueberry note comes through more along with cooked cherries, milk chocolate, and a hint of almond nougat.

Finish

Really pleasant finish with a touch of coconut and oak spice.

This had a lot to offer — complex and very tasty.
