Nose

Chilli-pepper heat and a touch of lime sorbet. Pear drops and slightly bruised green apple. Hints of porridge, hot mash, and crème caramel. Banana fritter and melted milk chocolate.

Palate

Light bodied. Applesauce, baked pear, vanilla extract, white toast and vegan spread, butter caramels, a hint of cream cheese and lime cordial.

Finish

Medium. On savoury grain notes and fresh, tart apple.

Feel like this is a mixer rather than a sipper – simple, but with nice freshness.
