Nose

Full on rye spice and pep. Cedar cigar boxes and a lovely peppery tingle. Fruit comes in, apples and pears cooked down and served with almond flakes, toasted and chocolate laden granola.

Palate

Huge spices, with layers of cloves, pepper and cinnamon. Then a deep rich molasses depth, dark treacle toffees and just a hint of smoke.

Finish

Sweetness with honey madeleine cakes and those spices. Just keeps giving.
