Nose

Odd. Bread and butter pudding, soft fudge. Behind a dry grassiness teetering into off notes. Becomes cloying with water. Cold caramel pudding.

Palate

Oxidised wine, blackberry and in time a buttermilk sourness. Clumsy.

Finish

Claggy.

Comment

Very poor. Still, after this and the Buffalo Trace experiments we can say that bourbon and Chardonnay don't mix. So, let's move on.
