Nose

Immediate notes of Werther’s Originals take me back to childhood, before some grainy fudge, cooked pears, and cinnamon sticks.

Palate

Some freshly sawn oak, then a touch of caramel, before dark fruits emerge (blackberries and cherries) with vanilla and a dash of chlorine.

Finish

Medium length with a good heat across the mid palate.

A really tasty little dram — it intrigued me from the start and continued to deliver.
