Nose

Palate

A big waft of cold smoke, much more than the nose initially suggests. There’s a salty minerality alongside soft toffee, fresh apples and pears, mint humbugs, and some ginger.

Finish

Sweetness lingers, alongside a gentle smoke that sticks around.
