Intense. Tangy. Meaty. Ox tail broth. Celeriac. Amarena cherries. A nutty\rtouch after a while.

Palate

Dry, firm. Warm. You feel the alcohol bite on the tongue. Slightly grippy and bitter. Tightened. Needs water to cool down.

Finish

Warm. Spicy. Chilli.

Comment

A warm but rich character. Water tames it a little. Some like it hot !
